Palace Hotel Wellness & Spa Desenzano del Garda, Desenzano del Garda

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs, but the atmosphere inside was not very pleasant. The staff were accommodating and helpful, making our family holiday special, but there were aspects that could benefit the hotel. Despite being between Desenzano and Sirmione with well-appointed rooms and peaceful surroundings, it fell short in some areas. The dining options were limited and not up to par with other places we visited during our trip. On the bright side, the well-kept garden areas and comfy loungers added to the peaceful ambiance.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the garden, pool, and Lake Garda. The service was top-notch, with all staff members being incredibly courteous and friendly. The location was perfect, a bit away from the center but still within walking distance or easy access to bicycles to explore the surroundings. The dining options were fantastic, catering to various tastes with a rich buffet spread. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.
